Kindly review this information prior to submitting your application:
• Eligible applicants must submit their application by March 31, 2024.
• The winner of the award will be notified in April.
• Applicants should include information about relevant classroom or extracurricular activities, including but not limited to, instructional opera projects, field trips, creating and producing student operas, or anything else related to increasing students’ knowledge or appreciation of music.
• You need to submit a recommendation/nomination letter from your principal, fellow teacher, co-worker, etc. They can email it to us at education@YPO-miami.org.
Eligibility:
• Minimum 3 years teaching experience
• Teacher in a Miami-Dade County elementary or middle school
• Must be nominated by a person (principal, fellow teacher, etc.), not a member of the Educator of Note Committee.

Once you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation and have the option to send additional materials you’d like us to review (photos, links to videos, etc). Be sure to send us your nomination letter as well.
